A few years ago, my own life changed very quickly when my mom, who had always been the “do it all” mom in my life, was hospitalized and needed someone to step up. I stepped into caregiving, home support, errands, appointments, pet care, and all the little invisible things that keep a household running That experience shaped so much of what I believe about life, womanhood, and support. It gave me a glimpse into the role so many moms carry every single day without an end in sight. Before starting The Sunday House Concierge, I spent years doing work that requires trust, capability, and discretion: pet care, house sitting, child care, caregiving, and being inside people’s homes and lives with care. Hii, I’m Stephany Faith 🫶🏻 2 years ago, I partnered with a work from WiFi, holistic wellness brand. Before this, I was *so* lost in my life, caregiving full time, & randomly doing side quest dog sitting after moving home from culinary school. I was exhausted, anxious, and very unsure of my steps for my life, I was just so unhappy. I never used social media at all. This account was basically my “spam” account in high school before I started working online! I started to see other girls, working from wifi, taking random trips on a Tuesday, creating content with their friends, and basically designing a life they loved and calling it “work”. I became very curious, and was open minded as to what else was out there, because I KNEW that a 9-5 job would not be for me as a neurodivergent girly. The 40-60 hour work weeks. Asking a boss for time off. Not being able to see my family or friends. Traveling 2 weeks out of the year (if you can afford it). Sunday scaries and living for the weekend. I just couldn’t live like that. It’s not for me. As I watched others online grow an income through sharing wellness, I quickly realized ok if they can figure this out, I can too. At first I was unsure, nervous, and definitely had 0 skills with social media & online work, but I was willing to grow. I decided to just learn. I signed up, began using the amazing products, began learning & most important, I began doing. I just started and was ok with being a beginner. Within a year I was able to make my caregiving part time & start my passion project. All from earning an income, from my phone. I am now able to build my passion project LLC helping moms who feeling like they’ve lost their spark. I began to travel most every other month, took more time to oversee my mom’s care, spent my days building my business and working with my friends, in pockets of the day when I wanted to, not when I had to. More flexibility. More margin. A life I actually love.
